Lucy wants a specialty designer dress. The problem is they are super expensive, costing a hundred dollars at a minimum. Ricky sets a budget: one hundred dollars and that is it. Thing is that Lucy's hoity-toity attitude and failing to set the budget causes her to get cast in a fashion show, with a dress that is way beyond Ricky's set price. But maybe the fashion show can save her bacon.
