Tsuyoshi and Daita infiltrate the Black Cross Army's headquarters on a mission to steal their newly invented explosive, but a Masked Monster is not happy with their "visit" and will stop at nothing to get it back.

- The Mole: One of the scientists testing the newly invented bomb is actually an EAGLE agent, who gives a drawing of the device to Tsuyoshi and Daita to help them destroy it. He sadly ends up getting killed for his troubles.
