Jiǔtóu's beginning to question whether or not it is safe for her to continue to use Crownrend and reveals this to the others. Cam, in a moment of uncharacteristic seriousness, encourages her to remove it - tells her that she is strong enough without it and he fears what she might become if she continues to use the bracer. Jiǔtóu finally decides it's time to remove Crownrend, but then the party asks the question - how do they safely get rid of the bracer without it falling into the wrong hands?
