!!Unvaulted

Season 9 ran from May 9 to July 31, 2019, introducing a futuristic utopia, new weapons and a Fortbytes challenge system. When the volcanic ash clears, the loopers discover that they are now in The Future, full of [[EverythingIsAnIPodInTheFuture shiny white architecture,]] [[SolarPunk renewable energy sources,]] and a [[TubeTravel network of wind tunnels]] circling the island. Tilted Towers has been rebuilt as Neo Tilted, while Retail Row has been replaced by a massive new Mega Mall. Unfortunately, the damage to Polar Peak also released a giant Leviathan of some sort, but only its massive footprints have been seen. However, Vindertech appears to have anticipated this problem -- they have converted the now-dormant Volcano into a Pressure Plant, and rumors abound of a [[HumongousMecha giant robot]] to fight the Leviathan. Eventually, the battle between the gigantic robot and [[EldritchAbomination the enourmous monster]] begins, with the robot being victorious. The only thing left of the monster is its skeleton, near Dusty Divot. However, during the battle, the robot and the monster destroyed the Vault in Loot Lake and it created a giant sphere of some sort. What does this mean?

!!The End

* ApocalypseHow: Season X's ending is a Class X-4, as the Visitor's attack on the Zero-Point to resolve the growing danger of a TimeCrash causes it to collapse into a singularity that then absorbs the entire ''Fortnite'' universe and [[TheFourthWallWillNotProtectYou the game itself plus all official real-world outlets on social media and the internet]], leaving behind only a black hole. Fortunately, the attack is also seemingly a ResetButton of sorts, meaning that a new universe will rise from the ashes assuming his gambit pays off.

During Halloween, a powerful entity from another world, Save the World's dreaded Storm King, appeared in the center of the island, menacing those who dared approach him. Thankfully, he never went past the island's center, and was eventually driven off. Risky Reels underwent remodeling, the Millennium Falcon showing up while being chased by TIE Fighters, Star Destroyers in the sky. The Falcon lands, and the fourth wall breaks long enough for a ''Fortnite'' developer, a random Stormtrooper, and Creator/JJAbrams to give a preview of the then-upcoming ''Franchise/StarWars'' movie, ''Film/TheRiseOfSkywalker''. Once the preview is over, TIE Fighters drive off the Falcon, forcing it to retreat after shooting some of them down. For the moment, the TIE Fighter crash sites linger, guarded by First Order soldiers, and there are now cases containing lightsabers hidden all over the island, modeled after the sabers used by Luke Skywalker, Rey, Kylo Ren, and Mace Windu.

When the beacons activate, they summon a large part of Upstate New York. This chunk of land, home to several cabins (including one very similar to Stark's home in [[Franchise/MarvelCinematicUniverse the MCU,]]) has brought Stark Industries with it. At this time, Wolverine is on a constant patrol of Weeping Woods and Slurpy Swamp. Over the following weeks, Stark makes modifications to several Battle Buses at Stark Industries. Midas, slain in Season 3's trailer, returns from the dead for 2020's Fortnitemares event. The vacant Authority becomes the Ruins, inhabited by Shadow Midas and his ghostly henchmen.

Fearful for that universe, the lord of Asgard heads to that universe to warn them of the world-devourer's arrival and finds himself being drawn in by the island. Lynx, Jonesy, Raven, and Peely join the fight, the thunder god besting them all easily as he tries to convince them of the oncoming threat. But as he fights, the magic of the island affects him and he loses his memory, dropping his enchanted hammer. Earlier on, shortly after the arrival of the gods of Olympus, the Island was greeted with the next generation Avatar, master of all four elements, [[WesternAnimation/TheLegendOfKorra Korra]], who had joined in on the fight against the gods. But at some point in early April, a mysterious iceberg had begun approaching the island over the course of a couple of days. And over the course of those days, a trio interesting visitors who were capable of wielding individual elements had arrived: [[WesternAnimation/AvatarTheLastAirbender Katara, Zuko, and Toph]]. Once the iceberg had arrived, mysterious shrines of the four elements, Water, Earth, Fire, and Air have shown up all around the island (Along with some highly destructible cabbage carts). But most importantly was who was inside said iceberg: The Avatar before Korra's generation and the last Airbender of that era, Aang.

As the iceberg approached, the looper was called forth by Aphrodite, Goddess of Love and eons-long advocate of mortalkind. Though she appreciates the looper's heroism, she's worried that this is a hopeless battle, given Zeus' immense stubbornness. As the looper proves their heroism and attempts to get Aphrodite out of her funk, they collect edicts written by Zeus from Aphrodite, Poseidon, and... ''Peely'', who the Oracle states wasn't the intended recipient, but also notes is seemingly a lynchpin holding reality together. The retrieval of the third edict reveals that Zeus is also attempting to recruit allies, and he's targetting Artemis, Goddess of the Hunt, next. After currying Aphrodite's favor by helping the homeless Peely, the looper establishes a reputation as a hunter to catch Artemis' attention. Impressed, Artemis not only agrees to speak with them, but also to stand alongside them against Zeus -- his plans for mortals' extinction violate the rules of the hunt, and even a god must accept punishment for such a crime.

...But that'll have to wait -- Midas has made his grand return, and Marigold has the looper investigate the nature of his escape. As it turns out, he'd somehow wound up imprisoned in the Underworld, only for a careless guard to remove one of the power-dampening chains keeping him locked up, allowing Midas -- truly ''the'' King Midas -- to use his golden touch to eliminate the guard (leaving a golden Reboot Card behind), remove the other chain, and bust out. The king has the looper see if Brutus, who he left in charge of his crew while he was away, decided to betray his boss. Though a thorough sweep of the Marigold (Midas' yacht, which wound up in the Society's hands until their downfall) found bugs aboard, Brutus himself confirms they were planted by Hope during the Underground/Society war, and is just happy to relinquish leadership back to Midas -- he prefers being number 2 as opposed to management. Then, thanks to research done by the looper, Jules thinks she can create gauntlets that Midas can wear to suppress his golden touch whenever he wants. And finally, Midas' gang, with the looper's help, creates a big distraction while Midas retakes his yacht and makes a getaway.

Our time in the past reaches its climax after another week, as a hybrid of Seasons 9 and X acts as our final stop. While the "Neo" environments are nowhere to be found, the Scientist's time-stopped meteor (complete with his pod embedded inside) has made a sudden appearance. The Oracle, an unseen entity that also arrived with the pantheon, calls the looper forth to her scrying pools to warn them of Zeus' forthcoming annihilation. Season 2 ran from March 9, 2024, to May 24, 2024, and brought the myths and legends of the Olympian pantheon to the island. The opening of Pandora's Box acted as a signal for the gods of Olympus, who descended upon the island, in the process restoring the scattered ruins and causing the domains of Mount Olympus and the Underworld to supplant Hazy Hillside and Ritzy Riviera, respectively. The warrior-king Zeus, along with some of the other gods, aren't happy with what the loopers did, and are preparing to judge them for their crime. On the positive side, Pandora's Box has been successfully re-sealed thanks to the efforts of Hades and his loyal guard-hound Cerberus, who are now working to gather the souls that escaped. There are also those among the gods' ranks who aren't wholly on Zeus' side: Aphrodite, always a stalwart defender of mortals, hopes to find a way to quell her father's anger. Artemis, even though she revels in the thrill of the hunt, finds Zeus' vendetta a bit much, and his desire for the mortals' destruction a dishonorable breach of the rules of the hunt. And the very-Slurpy Poseidon... well, he's just chill in general. However, even with the battle of the gods raging, there's another matter that might be even more important: ''SHADOW's active again'', and members of SHADOW, GHOST, and Midas' own family are all hanging around. It seems our old friend Midas isn't just making a comeback (heralded last season by the prominent return of his yacht, now retaken from The Society), but he might ''actually be'' that figure of legend...

Cracks soon form near Valeria's new search spot, with earthquakes causing the newly-formed caldera to grow and fill with lava. Eventually, a giant hand emerges, holding the artifact seen in Valeria's book: a ginormous chest the community had dubbed "Pandora's Box". Despite the ominous nickname and warnings from Odyssey that Valeria's search would almost certainly lead to disaster, countless loopers nevertheless worked together to crack the Box open, and just five days before the season's end, a combined 5 billion points of damage caused the chest to fall from the hand and open... unleashing a giant fire tornado. ''Oops!''

With the Foot's invasion proving to be a major distraction, The Underground decides to go for a big play. Jones, Hope, and the Looper make multiple attacks on The Society's bosses' headquarters, and they're eventually able to track down and rescue Peely -- an event that triggers the start of The Society's downfall. Valeria, for her part, is still searching for her mysterious artifact, having relocated her camp to another point by Ruined Reels. The Zenith Wall melts even more, causing the wrecked plane to finally fall into the water below. And perhaps not-so-coincidentally, a mysterious woman known as "Odyssey" has arrived just as all this goes down, looking for answers regarding a mosaic connected to some sort of ancient power... one that seems to be connected to Valeria's search and the medallions that empower The Society's bosses.

Season 1 ran from December 3, 2023 to March 8, 2024, and introduced a newly-rebooted island, reworked mechanics, weapon mods, and more. Re-entering the world of Battle Royale reveals that, once again, a completely new island has taken the place of the (old) old one. With its lush plains, ritzy heights, and snowy peaks, things seem relatively calm... but it's all a ruse. In truth, the strings are being pulled by an order known only as "The Society", consisting of tiger-man Oscar, honorable fencer Nisha, diamond-crusted Montague, firestarting leader Valeria, and... ''[[WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy Peter Griffin]]'', who's gotten absurdly buff after chugging some expired Slurp Juice. As a show of petty force, they've kidnapped Peely, prompting Jones to join up with Valeria's sister Hope to fight back as "The Underground".\\

A few days into February, the maniacal [[Franchise/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles Shredder]] and his Foot Clan invade the island. As such, the Turtles, now joined by their master/adoptive father Splinter, officially ally themselves with the Underground to take their nemesis down, moving into a room at the Underground's headquarters. Concurrent with the invasion, an open book found in Valeria's mansion has relocated to a hillside at Ruined Reels, planted next to a telescope -- it seems Valeria's searching for something. An ice wall near Grand Glacier, known as the Zenith Wall, has also considerably melted due to the change in climate, causing a wrecked airplane to fall perilously close to the edge of the cliff. And finally, an additional road near the northern bridge for the train has begun being paved.

Winterfest arrives roughly a week and a half later, and shipping company Ship It! Express sets up shop to deliver gifts all over the island. As discovered by the looper, however, that nasty Krampus interfered, prompting them to intervene and properly finish holiday preparations. Loot Island also undergoes a seasonal makeover, becoming the new home of Crackshot's Cabin, while Sgt. Winter ''(eventually)'' settles at a new island found just off the northern coast and hands out presents as usual. At the same time, help arrives for The Underground in the form of none other than the Franchise/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles and their friend April O'Neil. Outside of a number of missing posters for Peely popping up across the island and Winterfest's festive decorations getting packed up, things remain largely the same until the climate shifts in mid-January. In accordance with what's been shown on maps for the rail line, the snow in the forest biome home to Rebel's Roost and Lavish Lair melts away, while Hazy Hillside and Classy Courts only become slightly less snowy. Sneaking specialist [[VideoGame/MetalGear Solid Snake]] and his sword-slashing young cohort [[VideoGame/MetalGearSolid2SonsOfLiberty Raiden]] also manage to infiltrate the island, bringing some of their gear with them; they're joined shortly thereafter by Peter Griffin's eternal nemesis [[Characters/FamilyGuyAntagonists Ernie the Giant Chicken]], evidently seeking to instigate another lengthy brawl.

Just two days shy of May the Fourth, the era of the Galactic Republic descends upon the island, with soon-to-be-fallen Jedi [[Characters/StarWarsAnakinSkywalker Anakin Skywalker]], his secret love [[Characters/StarWarsPadmeAmidala Padmé Amidala]], and renegade Sith warrior [[Characters/StarWarsDarthMaul Darth Maul]] joining a returning [[Characters/StarWarsObiWanKenobi Obi-Wan Kenobi]] and a battallion of Clone Troopers. Grind rails are installed at Shattered Slabs, and an area north of Anvil Square begins suffering earthquakes, with cracks forming in the ground in its biome; more earthquake spots are located the following day. The following week, the villainous doppelganger from the future known as [[Franchise/DragonBall Goku]] [[Anime/DragonBallSuper Black]] arrives on the island, perhaps seeking to carry out his Zero Mortals Plan in Reality Zero. As the fall of the Galactic Republic plays out across the island, Evie, Thunder, and The Luminaries have the looper don a disguise to talk with The Unseen's de facto leader, Highwire (or, failing that, her right-hand-robo-skeleton-man Renzo the Destroyer) about the saboteur's activities. Upon being informed that one of their ranks has been working behind their back AND potentially colluding with the Last Reality, The Unseen drop their beef with the other syndicates and allow us to destroy the signal jammers they've been using to communicate with the enemy. With that done, the looper has done the seemingly-impossible: ALL the syndicates have come together to ensure the safety of MEGA City from whatever this unseen threat might be, and Evie and Thunder officially make the looper an unofficial member of the Peace Syndicate, ensuring that they'll have our back in the future. And as all this goes down, spider-person [[WesternAnimation/SpiderManIntoTheSpiderVerse Gwen Stacy]], who arrived on the island during the Chrome invasion, has been having loopers put up posters asking a simple question: "Where's [[Characters/UltimateSpiderManMilesMorales Miles]]?"
