As Round Four begins, Ruby is teleported to the Hanging Gardens of Babylon and tells Iskandar she plans to find Enkidu to form an alliance. Penthesilea breaks through a wall and almost hits her. She says she will destroy Ruby as part of her revenge against Yang. Ruby asks what she has against Yang, and she says she ruined her dream. Her greatest wish was to defeat Achilles in front of the whole world, but Yang did it first. Ruby asks if the reason she is obsessed with Achilles is because she is in love with him. This enrages Penthesilsea and she attacks with her clawed gauntlets. Iskandar asks Ruby what she is doing. Ruby talks out loud and says it's a tactic Yang taught her. Get the opponent so angry they can't think straight. She dodges a strike and Penthesilea's claw gets stuck in a wall. Ruby tries to stab her in the back, but Penthesilea catches Crescent Rose's blade and says it is not enough. She rips out a chunk of wall and smashes it against Ruby's head.
In a room, Medea and Glynda watch the Round together and Medea uses her Command Spell to calm Penthesilea down. Glynda asks what her wish is and Medea says she wants a vacation with her family when her husband comes home. Ruby and Penthesilea clash and Ruby manages to shoot her, but it doesn't take her down. Iskandar suggests she fight in a better environment than a cramped hallway, so she runs and Penthesilea gives chase. They come to an arena and Ruby tries to go to the exit, but Penthesilea destroys it with her spike balls on chains. Medea tells her to watch out for Ruby's mount, but she says she doesn't care and attacks.
As they lock blades, Ruby summons Lobo behind Penthesilea and he slashes at her with Violet Gibbous, but she blocks it. Ruby and Lobo attack her as one and slash her several times, removing bits of her armor. Ruby then gets on Lobo's back and he flares his blue Aura while she releases rose petals, creating a purple effect. Lobo charges and Ruby cries out, "Amethyst Eclipse!" They hit Penthesilea with a supercharged strike from their weapons which knocks her through a wall. Iskandar congratulates her, but Penthesilea emerges from the rubble with blood dripping from her wounds and mouth. Ruby tells her to give up, but she laughs and swings her spiked ball into Lobo, severely injuring him. She knocks Crescent Rose out of her hands and says she will kill her. She screams, "Outrage Amazon!" This causes her body to be surrounded by flames and her speed and strength to skyrocket. She slashes Ruby several times, then grabs her and bites her shoulder.
Achilles and Atalanta are watching the fight and wince. They discuss how Penthesilea has been getting more and more violent and cruel ever since Achilles beat her in a fight, and Atalanta tells of the time she slashed out Neo's eye. If this keeps up, Penthesilea may be forced to change her Class or be expelled. He wonders if it is his fault. Atalanta says she's sure he'll think of something to fix this eventually, then asks him to be there for Blake, saying she keeps running from her problems and they will catch up eventually.
Ruby screams in agony, but is more concerned with how much pain Lobo is in. Horrified, Iskandar attempts to use his Command Spell to withdraw her from the match, but Ruby tells him to use it to heal Lobo. He doesn't know if it will work, but she begs him to try. He does and it works. Lobo bites Penthesilea's waist and crushes her ribs before biting her leg and flinging her around like a ragdoll. He flings her against a wall and she is teleported away, eliminated.
Lobo returns Crescent Rose to Ruby, but she says she can't continue with her injuries and will be teleported away shortly. Iskandar says he is proud of her. Enkidu arrives and says he would like to team up. Ruby apologizes and says she is finished, but Enkidu summons a crown of leaves and flowers called Flower of Humbaba and uses it to partially heal her. She asks why Enkidu helped her, and he says he wants her to use her Reality Marble on him so he can see one of his lost loved ones. If she does that for him, he'll help her win, as her Reality Marble is his wish. By the way, he had captured Nursery Rhyme in her book form with his chains, and they constrict until she is teleported away, eliminated. Jack the Ripper tends to her.
Ruby agrees. Iskandar warns her that according to the rules, a Reality Marble can only be used for ten minutes at a time and he won't be able to communicate with her inside. Ruby activates it and she, Lobo, and Enkidu find themselves inside the white void. Lobo nuzzles with Blanca. A normal sized wolf appears. At first, Ruby comically assumes Lobo and Blanca had a child, but Enkidu explains this was his friend. This was a wolf he rescued from the forest and simply named Wolf. He played with him and it made Gilgamesh jealous. One day, he and Gilgamesh left on a long mission, and when they came back, they found that Wolf had become sick and died. As he hugs Wolf, Enkidu thanks Ruby for letting him see his friend again so he could say goodbye. Sakura Matou appears and uses an energy from her hands to completely heal Ruby's injuries. Ruby thanks her and says she can win Round Four. In the distance, Summer Rose smiles at her.
