Joey 'inherited' a mansion stuck in the 1920s from a 'distant relative' and was essentially forced to bring his friends there for a party. The YouTubers were having fun, but as Shane (who was secretly a
Society Against Evil agent) and
Eva snuck upstairs to explore, they came across Sarah, the maid, dragging a dead body across the floor. After Eva left the scene,
Shane told the maid that he knew what she was doing. Later on at dinner, Shane began
coughing up blood and the other 10 YouTubers only had 15 minutes to complete 3 puzzles to unlock the poison antidotes to save Shane. GloZell, Eva and Joey found their antidote in a painting and retrieved it early on, then began arguing over who was the most likely killer. Tim, Andrea, Sierra and Justine had to solve a Maths problem to retrieve their antidote and failed miserably. Matt, Lele and Oli had to move a block around a puzzle to retrieve their antidote, but the former two were too busy arguing for the "teamwork" required in the challenge to be achieved. In the end, having only one of three antidotes retrieved, the first death of the series occurred.After learning about the SAE, the YouTubers attempted to flee to the time-travelling car to return to 2016, but the car exploded, causing them to be trapped and forced to banish the Evil from the house.
