Recap / Dinosaurs S 01 E 02 The Mating Dance

Go To

Fran starts to be unhappy with running the house, especially after having to deal with the Baby all night long. After talking with Roy about it, Roy suggests that Earl let Fran spend some time out of the house and he take over the housework for the weekend. Earl struggles with cooking and taking care of the kids on his own, and Fran comes home early from a weekend with her mother because she missed the kids. With the revelation that it's not the kids who made her unhappy, he comes to the conclusion that it's actually him. After seeing a commercial for lessons on the mating dance, Earl decides to take lessons to rekindle their relationship. Earl performs the mating dance for Fran, who is unmoved. But when the Baby cries, Earl tells Fran to stay in bed while he takes care of the Baby. Earl ends up getting the Baby to sleep with the mating dance, though Earl claims that it's just a baby dance. This makes Fran happy, now that Earl is willing to check on the baby at night.
