Meg meets a new guy at work she has the hots for, and he asks about "Kingdom Scrolls", much to his delight.
Tropes:
- Archive Binge: In-Universe. One of the last shots of the episode is Meg explaining the lore to Russell, implying they talk and write out the general plot of it at great length.
- I Need to Go Iron My Dog: At the start, despite being in a group of friends (on of which was a guy one of the wanted Meg to date), she makes the excuse that her mum had caught fire, and when she tries to clarify that she meant the house when packing her things up, the message just doesn't go through.
- Level Grinding: The premise of the episode is that Meg and Nicky are killing bears as a form of Money Grinding, in order to buy back their castle that had been destroyed.
- The Reveal: Right at the end of the episode, Meg briefly enters the room next to her... to talk to Nicky, which the show had implied up to that point that Meg and Nicky were in separate apartments.
- "Stop Having Fun" Guys: In-Universe. Briefly touched on when Meg mentions to Russell that using emotes comes off as an insult to players (despite later episodes showing many background players doing them). Judging by the following episode, it's likely Meg and Nicky just dislike the emotes ruining their otherwise-serious game, and when Meg lightens up, she does actually enjoy herself when using them.
- The Plan: They realise Russell bought a bunch of equipment and a dragon to ride on with real money, and Nicky and Meg plot to kill him in-game and steal his stuff to fund their new castle. The plan goes off without a hitch, but leaves Meg suitably embarrassed as he next see's Russell at work.
