Digit is lured to R-Fair City, a cybersite full of carnival games, where he is kidnapped by a disguised Hacker. The kids must find the unfair/crooked game to find Digit. Meanwhile, they learn about chance and how to spot an unfair chance of winning and losing. Along the way they meet Lucky, a cab driver, who offers them a chance to gain a free cab ride while they search for Digit.

- All for Nothing: Digit's little sideplot in the second act has him trick Buzz and Delete and frees himself from his cage. He ends up getting captured and put back in his cage at the end of the act.
- Amusement Park: R-Fair City is an amusement park where all the booths have fair games of chance.
- Explain, Explain... Oh, Crap!:
- Digit has one after picking his zergens.
Digit: Two zergens! Number two—and number four! 2 times 4 is.... wuh-oh.- And after he's held captive in cage.
Digit: Okay, I can deal with not winning the hat—but why am I in a cage? [Beat] A cage?! A cage! Lemme outta here! - Idiot Ball: For all the time he knew Hacker, Digit really should have seen through Hacker's gypsy disguise.
- Paper-Thin Disguise: Aside from dressing slightly different and having a slightly different accent, Hacker really didn't do anything to have him completely disguised to look different (for example, still having his chin and green skin appearing in the open), yet Digit and Matt fall for it. Inez and Jackie as well, but they soon figure out it's Hacker properly too.
