A German businessman hires Bull reacquire a painting that, like all other paintings from his deceased ex-wife, went to a museum. Meanwhile, Danny's boyfriend Gabriel tries to avoid deportation.
Tropes:
- Bittersweet Ending: Gabriel must leave America but Bull and his German client help him obtain political asylum in Germany.
- Citizenship Marriage: Danny and Gabriel try this to keep the latter from being deported but the person in charge of registering it says they must wait 24 hours, which is more time than they have by then.
- Jerkass: The judge in charge of Gabriel's case doesn't care that his life might be in danger if he returns to his homeland. Gabriel is in America illegally and thus must be sent back.
