Basic Trope: A problem is solved by eating the thing that causes the problem.
- Straight: Bob ends up filling the house with popcorn, so he and Alice eat their way out.
- Exaggerated: Popcorn covers the whole town, or even the whole planet, so everyone needs to eat their way out.
- Downplayed: The popcorn only fills one room, and the two of them only need to eat a little bit of it to clear the way since they can push the rest to one side.
