• In the final episode Adam and Godbold go back in time to watch the 10th c. events unfold. Watching Princess Beatrice as she prepares for her wedding to the Knight Adam says in wonder 'She's beautiful' realizing for the first time that Beatrice really loved him. It doesn't change anything but it makes him think the better of her.
