Heartwarming / The Engagement of the Disgraced Witch and the Cross-Dressing Princess

• In the first chapter, despite everyone hating her due to having dark magic, Evris willingly helps a person's carriage that was stuck without any prompting. She decided to do it because she considered it her duty as a noble.
  • Afterwards, Evris is completely shocked to actually be thanked for helping. The noble girl named Ciel offers to reward Evris with snacks among other things. While Evris turns her down partly because she has a previous engagement, she also states that her the gratitude is enough.
• Ciel, crossdressing as in her crown prince attire, interrupts Evris' meeting with Mark which would have forced her to become Mark's servant and basically be humiliated just to propose to Evris.
• Chapter Two has Evris and Ciel beginning to develop a bond despite Evris being weirded out by the fact that Ciel is a crossdresser, and she's technically engaged to a woman.
• Chapter Three indicates that Ciel and Evris trust each other enough to do their part in handling the chaos of the party separately.
• Chapter Four showcases that Evris is developing a close bond with her pet that she decided to name Aba.
  • Evris and Ciel bond while cleaning their room together. Evris remarks how she feels more accepted in Ciel's country than she did in her own. Ciel assures her that the prejudice against Dark Magic will lessen in time.
• Chapter Five has Evris reads Ciel's diary which causes her to take action when Ciel's parents force her to have a marriage interview with a prospective noble. After Evris crashes the date, she give Ciel a Big Damn Kiss and tells her to take responsibility for choosing her. Ciel cries Tears of Joy in the immediate aftermath.
• Chapter Six shows Ciel happily putting back on her crossdressing prince attire after Evris commits to the idea of being her fiancé.
