Despite everything that ended up happening in the story, there were still a ton of sweet moments, read them below:
- Unlike the game itself, everyone allows Bowser to join the conference regarding the Blorb situation.
- After Junior smacks Morton on the head with his paintbrush, Marnie steps in and gives him an Oran Berry to make him feel better. Morton responds by giving Marnie a big ol' bear hug.
- Aoi gives Broggy some love and happily pets him. His response is licking her in gratitude.
- When Bowser goes back to normal after becoming a giant, Aoi immediately gives him a hug since he was crushed by his castle earlier.
- Bowser remarks that he trusts his son with whatever it is that he's possibly doing and says he can handle it just fine. Aww!
- Bowser goes out of his way to get his Chain Chomps back to normal after being possessed by Fawfulized Sworms. The Chain Chomps surround the Koopa King in gratitude and one of them decides to go with Sora and the gang as a summon.
- Bowser reminisces about the good ol' days, including when he starts to reminisce about finally letting his son into Smash and watching him win his first fight.
- When Junior realizes the error of his ways, Sonia proceeds to cheer Junior up, and then once she opens up about her past, Junior proceeds to cheer her up.
- Despite being mutilated and a new set of eyes and a new arm (thanks to Kamek), Marnie finally opens up about her feelings toward the Koopa Troop. Some of them proceed to hug her after she confesses.
- When Kyoko and Aoi open up about their past, Bowser, being the big lug that he is, declares that if he had his way, he'd find a way to go through their world and stop Junko from making her world fall into despair. Kyoko responds by hugging him.
- After he gets knocked out by the security system, Young Link (With the help of Yang, Weiss, and Winter) pulls Bowser away and heals him up with a Fairy in the Bottle.
- Ironwood cheers Marnie up, explaining that he knows exactly what she's going through and shows off his prosthetics, even goes out of his way to tell him that just because she lost a part of herself doesn't mean it should define her. Marnie is moved by this and is brought to tears.
- Marnie I think I needed to hear that...
- Iggy and Ludwig were immediately concerned with Marnie's metal arm and offers to help out against Damian. Even Mario's group was concerned over her injury.
- Marnie tells the group about her allegiance with the Koopa Troop, and to her surprise, they weren't even mad. In fact, they actually supported her and cheered her up a little. Yang and Nora even agree to go easy on her the next time they meet in battle.
- Nora: I'll give ya a love tap with my hammer! *moment of realization* Ooooh... metal conducts electricity... okay! I won't use my Thunder Hand on you either!
- Nora then goes out of her way to boop Marnie on the nose, much to the latter's surprise.
- Esdeath and Ironwood reunite, and the former calms him down when he learns what Seryu did to her.
- Marnie reunites with Roman and Neo in a heartfelt reunion.
- When Bowser and Bowser Jr meet up, both are overjoyed to see each other, as are Sonia, Kyoko, and Aoi.
- Ibuki is overjoyed when she reunites with Sonia.
- Aoi, Pyra, and Mythra are overjoyed when Sora managed to escape death by Bowser throwing the Fawful Express into the canyon and they all hug him. However, the latter two unwittingly squish Sora between their breasts, prompting the Keyblade Wielder to request that he needs to breathe.
- Not only is it awesome, but it's outright heartwarming that Kyoko and Aoi went out of their way to rescue the trapped Koopa King from inside of his vault.
- After saving Ren, he and Nora share a heartfelt moment together before ending it with a kiss.
- Esdeath gets past her fears the moment she realizes that Sheele was about to die from a Megoliath.
- Esdeath: I may be utterly terrified of you bastards... but if there's one thing that I can't stand more than you... I cannot STAND you Grimm severely hurting my family.
- Roy explains his disgust to the BF Fs, before blurting aloud that they hurt his mother. Bowsette is left in tears as a result.
- Piers hugs a tearful Marnie after Damian is finally dead.
- Marnie: It's raining...Piers: Huh? It's not raining. There's not a cloud in the sky. The stars sure are pretty though.Marnie: Yes... it is raining. *turns around and tears are rolling down her cheeks*Piers: Ah, so it is.
- Cinder is surprised when Peach tends to her wounds. She asks her why she would do such a thing considering her actions in Super RWBY Galaxy. Peach remarks that she's not one to hold grudges.
- Plus, it's more than likely the first time Cinder was ever shown kindness in years.
- Peach reveals to Marnie that she's pretty much okay with her being with Bowser and mentions that it's possible to be loyal to the Mushroom Kingdom and the Koopa Kingdom. She even gives her cupcakes over her arm and eyes. Marnie responds by hugging her.
- Captain Slime says to the four Captains that they are the greatest comrades he's ever known. Captain Shy Guy is moved to tears.
- Captain Koopa: Dude, are you crying?Captain Shy Guy: Don't be ridiculous, it's just my allergies kicking in! ...If... if you'd excuse me a moment...
- Marnie is visited by the Erdreans and they comfort her over what had happened with her and Damian. Luminary even offers to make new claws for her.
- Roy attempts to apologize to his mother for his actions and then asks her if she wanted to play games with her, to which she agrees. However, they immediately decide to go to Neo Bowser City since Junior and Bowser were making a mess.
- Thanks to Makoto Naegi's blessing, the Jabberwock Island gang are free to live out their lives outside the island. To say that Ibuki is extremely thrilled over this is a massive understatement.
- Mythra and Pyra tell Sora's friends that he's a little brother that they never had to him, and then once the communications are off, they happily smother him in hugs, much to the Keyblade Wielder's dismay as he wants to breathe.
- Tai comforts Summer over the whole Raven ordeal.
- Gloria, Hop, and Bede assure Marnie that even though she is now serving Bowser, they are all still Friendly Rivals.
