- Cruella's relationship with Horace, Jasper, and Artie. In all other continuities, Jasper and Horace are just Cruella's hired minions and she treats them horribly. In this movie, while she isn't always nice to them, they are actually friends and stick together, even after Cruella gets what she wants. The last shot of them inside Hell Hall feels like a shared victory, not just a victory for Cruella.
