  • Any time the show discusses people who died mysteriously, it concludes the episode with something along the lines of "our hearts go out to their loved ones and may they forever rest in peace".
  • The ending of Enemy Unknown sincerely thanks all current men and women in the military for being willing to do such dangerous duties in harsh environments every day.
  • Granger Taylor's disappearance, in contrast to other unsolved mysteries, is treated in a surprisingly heartwarming way. Rather than mourn his supposed loss, the narrators heavily imply that he's actually not dead, and that he may one day return to Earth with knowledge and wisdom from other worlds.
  • In response to viewers noting mistakes over the second Woods video, the creators released a follow-up video where they apologized repeatedly for omitting a crucial fact from a case and talked about their otherwise well-regarded main source's issue of omitting details from his cases for dramatic effect. The video was received to much acclaim, with viewers unanimously praising the creators for the honesty and sincerity of their apology in an era of half-hearted or projection-filled 'apologies' from Youtube influencers and big companies.
  • "Phone Calls From the Dead" provides a creepy but otherwise heartwarming idea out deceased loved ones can reach out to us at least one last time. From a woman getting a call from an old friend, to a man being reached out by his father, unaware what has happened to them, letting them hear their voices one last time before the shocking revelations.
  • As a follow up to the above, Rich also narrated a video in which he has his own experiences of his deceased brother reaching out to him and his family, even at one point waking up to see his brother looking after Rich's own son and smiling at him. While Rich has admitted to being a skeptic, he has admitted to believing there is life after death, and that his brother is still looking out for him.
