Heartwarming / Ash's Just Reward

Go To

  • The Legendary Pokémon rewarding Ash for all he has done for them is very heartwarming. It's very nice to see how our hero is being rewarded by ACTUAL GODS for the good deeds he did is wonderful. Doubles as Awesome Moments.
    • Each of the Legendaries giving their gifts is also this. Many of them feel very grateful towards Ash and feel the need to repay him for everything is nice to see.
    • Those have ideas on the rewards are teaching Ash the moves that Legendaries knows, or allowing him to catch them. It just goes to show how much they trust the boy who had helped them in the past.
  • Hoopa being the first to give Ash his gift. What does the mischavious Mythical Pokémon give Ash as a reward? By sending all of Ash's Pokémon to him, including the ones that Ash released in the past. Out of all the rewards, this can be considered to be the most heartwarming one since this means that Ash have all of his Pokémon friends with him.
    • Each of Ash's Pokémon showing up and meeting their beloved trainer again after not seeing him in a long time.
  • Both Lucario and Latios coming back from the dead thanks the gift Yveltal gave to Ash.
    • The first thing Ash does when he sees Lucario again is hug him while crying Tears of Joy of seeing the Pokémon again.
  • The Cooldown Hug when Ash needed it the most, (Thanks to Misty, Anabel, Lana, Sophocles and Paul) really makes you like the way that his friends are with him all the way. Even when a War's 'bout to happen between Gods and Ultra Beasts. Bonus points for being Heartwarming in Hindsight.
  • Arceus talking to an old friend of hers, Damos. Having a talk about her bad decisions in the past millenias, he compares her to humans, as in the metaphorical sense, where, he points out the choices (that went wrong) she makes are just mistakes, everyone makes them no matter who they are. She thanks him and later apologizes for the mistakes to her children and wants to make up for it. Double points because the author is showing us even Gods can go through Character Development.
