• Chapter 6: The first time Edelgard is time-shifted to her own timeline, she finds that her alternate self's consciousness is inhabiting her original body. While Original Edelgard is unable to do or say anything while Alternate Edelgard is in control, she is happy to know that her friends in the Black Eagle Strike Force are doing their best to manage Imperial affairs and keep up appearances in her absence. Hubert, when speaking to Alternate Edelgard (who is desperate to return to her own timeline as well), tells both of them that he is proud to uphold his vow to serve Edelgard, no matter which timeline or dimension she comes from.
• Chapter 9: After the Blue Lions' victory in the Battle of the Eagle and Lion, Lord Arundel (who is not Thales in the alternate timeline) and Edelgard's siblings show up to congratulate her. The reunion is bittersweet for her as she knows they'll all be dead when she returns to her own time, but she is happy to see them regardless.
