Heartwarming / Amber Brown

• In Amber Brown Is Tickled Pink, Amber is out on a day trip in New York City with her father when she spots a shop with a display of a dress that she wants to wear to her mother's upcoming wedding to Max. She worries it will upset her father if she gets it, but finds that she can't say no when he buys it for her. After getting the dress, Amber gets upset at her father when he makes a mean joke about Max, but then becomes upset at herself for not telling the truth about why she wanted the dress. Her dad then tells her that they don't need to take it back - he already knew why she wanted it and got it for her to make her happy.
