• H.R. Wells died two years before the Crisis. Therefore, he should not have been in Nash's head with the other Wellses.
  • Well Thawne was in Nash's head and he was an faux Wells which leads me to the conclusion the writers really don't care about stuff like that!
  • Thawne (at any rate, the version of him that was in Nash's head) was last seen in 2049 before the Crisis. So if he could appear in Nash's head in 2020, then clearly time is no bar and HR Wells could show up in Nash's head too even 3-4 years after his death. As for Thawne being treated as a Wells by the show, it is a bit of an Ass Pull admittedly...I guess we can only assume that the device Thawne used to steal Wells' body is so powerful that Thawne gained Wells' multiversal frequency as well.
    • Also since Earth-Prime never made contact with the multiverse in the rewritten timeline, this likely impacted HR's fate.
    • Since every Wells died in Crisis anyway, why shouldn't a Wells who died before Crisis be here? All the Wells are ghosts. HR is not that out of place.
