Headscratchers / Superman & Batman: Generations

Go To

  • In Generations III, Batman takes Ultra-Humanite's super-serum and gains superpowers. Does he gain the full suite of Kryptonian superpowers? Is he as strong as actual people with Kryptonian blood in their veins? If the super-serum can make people with basically human physiology as strong as full-blooded Kryptonians why does the human blood of Knight-Wing and his descendants keep them from being as strong? If Batman's physiology has become so different from a normal human's that he can take the serum and benefit from it, how did he father a normal human child?
    • It's specifically stated that Batman only has the potential to handle those powers because of the immortality he acquired from the Lazarus Pit. As for how he fathered a normal human child, he only entered the Pit after Bruce Junior was conceived and had grown up, and his later child suffered from unique genetics that meant his power potential was basically cancelled out.
