Disregarding the fact that she used a false identity (which is a form of fraud) to make the purchase, it would take more than a single day to complete the transaction, just go through and file the paperwork alone not to mention banking, and the Bugle is privately owned by the Jamesons. They would have to be willing to sell the paper before anyone could buy it.
