• At the start of season 3, when Gary assigns Juliana to train the new Red Sharks skate team, he also promises her that she can continue working with the Roller Team as well when she is off-duty. However, whenever Juliana tries to make time for the Roller Team, Gary forcibly extends her hours or threatens her (and eventually fires her). Did Gary forget about the promise he made? Did Juliana forget, since she never reminds him of it? Did the writers just forget?

• The Roller Team was ranked 2nd in the world after Roda Fest at the end of season 2, and then...seemed to cease to exist from an in-universe perspective. The 1st-place Sliders disbanding would make sense to in-universe fans, since their two stars were very publicly recruited to the new Red Sharks team, but none of the Rollers from Roda Fest were really visible on wheels until they snuck their video out months later. Did Gary think nobody in the skating world would notice that the 2nd-place team, who had established fans & a huge social media presence, effectively just vanished afterwards?

• Matteo wins a contract with Vidia, a multimedia label, to record an album. Gary buys a share in the Jam & Roller, becoming co-owner of that business alongside Vidia, but he does not buy Vidia itself. Yet Gary somehow has the authority to cancel Matteo's album, just because he (Gary) isn't interested in music?
