• Since Meredith suffers from Extreme Libido, how can she be sure that Shane is the father? Even if we assume that she didn't have intercourse with anyone else, her husband admits earlier in the episode that she wants sex (from him) all the time. We already know that he can have kids because he has a son from a previous marriage. Rule of Drama applies, but it still seems like a contrived ending.
  • Maybe her husband had vasectomy at some point. Though it would help if they actually mentioned it in the episode.
