- If Otis Tucker was alone when the creature attacked him, and he never regained consciousness afterward, how the hell does the Doc know what happened to him?
- The Doc covers up his murders with Bigfoot related stories.
- No one knows what happened to him. He was just a guy who got attacked by something while changing a tire, and somebody (maybe Lockhart himself) decided that it was the creature.
- Also, if the lawyer character had a garden hose hooked up to his home, which requires installed plumbing, why is he using an outhouse?
- A toilet requires more than just running water to work, it also requires a functioning septic system, which the lawyer might not have had... then again, if he's working as a lawyer you'd think he could afford to have one installed.
