• Why the toddler at the beginning drove his mother's car? I know that he is a kid and most likely didn't understand that what he did was wrong, but he was really intelligent for that age. He not only locked the car, but he also knew how to use the car shifter to drive the car.
• Speaking about the toddler, his mother shouldn't have been arrested for leaving him alone at the car? It's really dangerous to leave a child alone at a car even if you are going to get back to the car immediately. A kidnapper could steal your car while you are turned back. Also, if she was sure that her kid wasn't going to drive the car, why she didn't just take the keys off?
• When Ronica Miles meets Cody Banks at the boys' bathroom, she attacks three teenagers who tease her before taking Cody with her: she exposes the first one's underpants by taking his towel off, she whips and beats up the second one by hitting him with the towel and with a locker's door and whips the third one by hitting him in the groin with the towel. Ronica shouldn't have been reported by the students for assaulting them? They are still minors and she technically assaulted them.
• Why Cody's parents grounded him after coming back home following Natalie's kidnapping? Cody lied to them by saying that some bullies assaulted him and Natalie during their date, so they should not be so harsh with him just because he came home late. They should not consider the possibility that perhaps their son took a long time to return because he took Natalie home, considering that they did not know she had been abducted?
• While Cody and Ronica fight against Dr. Brinkman's henchmen, how Natalie realized that Brinkman was going to scream that loud so she could put the ice cube with nanobots on his mouth to give Brinkman a taste of his own medicine? What if Brinkman turned around but didn't open his mouth and took the ice cube from her or if she failed to make Brinkman swallow the ice cube?
• Before Brinkman agonizingly dies from swallowing the ice cub with nanobots, why François was unable to remove the nanobots? If Brinkman ordered him to remove them, then it's likely that he had taught him how to remove the nanobots before. Does François fail to remove them because he didn't know how to do it or he knew how to do it but failed to do so in time because the control antenna was flipped?
  • Brinkman was ordering François to get the remote to deactivate the nanobots; the reason it didn't work is because Brinkman had only recently had Dr. Connors mass-produce the bots. On top of that, he didn't have the opportunity to finish programming the remote because Cody interrupted the process by setting off all the explosives.
