• Imagine charging into battle, only to be stopped by a mere sapling that just seemed to appear before you. It's like — "Charge!" *Crash!* "Who put that tree there?"
• Imagine being an all-powerful lord, with top-tier armor and weaponry, dozens of top-tier troops, maxed out stats, only to get sniped by a lowly peasant with a hunting bow, or get stabbed to death with a pitchfork.
• Depending on the outfit one wears, this can be a rib-buster. Imagine wearing a turban, a bear outfit, plated boots, and a torn hand wrap. Oh, and an Imperial cape.
• Depending on whom all one hires, recruits, rescues, or reforms, the composition of the army can be funny, like having bear cowl wearers, next to heavily armored knights, next to folks from the dessert, next to, well, beggars and the like, to say nothing about those sword-wielding women called Sword Sisters.
• Imagine doing 90+ points of damage to a low-tier unit, such as a militia unit, only for them to still be fighting. To quote Sinbad, tell the enemy general to "Give that guy a raise!" (And armor, and a sword, and a castle. Maybe a horse, and a banner.)
