- Ha-sun's told to avoid the queen at all costs. So when he sees the queen from a distance and she notices him, he panics and ducks out of sight. The servants and guards following him look very confused but, since he's pretending to be the king, they have to copy him and kneel down too. Then he runs away, still bent over to stay out of sight. The queen comes over just in time to see the servants running after him.
- Heo Gyun tells Ha-sun exactly what he thinks of some of the other ministers.Heo Gyun: For the sake of power, [the Tax Minister] will happily walk into a manure tub.
- The king's taster asks to see the king while Heo Gyun is sitting in the king's chair and lecturing Ha-sun. The two of them quickly switch places, and bump into each other in the process.
- Later the taster arrives again, so Heo Gyun and Ha-sun switch places — and bump into each other — again. Then they both realise they should have stayed where they were because Heo Gyun wasn't in the king's chair, so they have to switch again. This time Ha-sun climbs over the table to avoid bumping into Heo Gyun.
