• While getting his schedule, Jack briefly lampshades how English class is named as such, implying that it would make more sense to be called Equestrian.
• Arrell failing a spot check:
  Arrell: Where do I go for [rooming arrangements]? (looks left and right down the halls, as if expecting to see a giant sign pointing him in the right direction)
  Jack: Probably under the giant sign.
  Arrell: (blinks; above a nearby door, a piece of paper labelled 'Main Office - Find Rooming Arrangements Within' had been taped) ...Oh.
• Havoc's alarm clock.
  Jack: Did your alarm wake me...IT WOKE THE GARGOYLES ON THE MUSEUM TEN BLOCKS OVER!
  Havoc: ...Oh wow, I'm so going to try that one day...
• Necore. Anything he does qualifies as this.
  • Special mention goes to his prank in the first science class. He hangs himself on a hat hook to resemble a model skeleton, and when the students have arrived, he lets out a shriek to scare the freshmen. This ends up causing Arrell to run for the door, forget to open it, and knock himself unconscious.
  • "MISTER HAVOC, WILL YOU SHUT UP ABOUT CORPSES?! I’M A TALKING SKELETON AND I DON’T OBSESS OVER CORPSES LIKE YOU!"
• The breakfast race. Most students are stampeding towards the cafeteria to get the good food...while Jack and Arrell just walk along calmly, the former not thinking the food is worth it and the latter not needing it in the first place.
