After the Russian Challenge Izzy knocks Noah out with her naked body and drags him off to have fun with him. In the confessional later he states in a horrified tone that he woke up at three in the morning in the cargo hold wearing nothing but his underwear and covered in scratches, bite marks and bruises. Over the course of his remaining run on the show Izzy makes several sexual comments about what Noah did to her that Noah doesn't remember. It is pretty obvious that while Noah was unconscious Izzy RAPED HIM!
