• Fridge Horror: Al, Ryan, and the others may not get the justice the ending implies they will. Al is rich and is implied to come from a wealthy family so he’s going to be able to afford very good lawyers. For the murder charge he’s going to have a solid case for self-defense. After all Cassie drugged the other guys, handcuffed him to a bed, and had a knife she could’ve easily killed him with. Plus they won’t have much trouble finding plenty of witnesses who’ll testify that Cassie was unhinged. However they’re not going to have much of an excuse as to why they decided to dispose of her body instead of calling the authorities.
  • As to the rape charge even if the statute of limitations hasn’t expired Jordan said that he was able to intimidate Nina into dropping the case. Which means it was a Civil case, not a criminal case. The DA must not have felt they had sufficient evidence to press charges. Even the video would not be slam dunk evidence since we do not actually hear Nina say “no” at any point. Of course even if Al, Ryan, and the others avoid legal consequences their reputations will be in the garbage….
