Fridge Brilliance
Seems a little odd that the Doctor doesn't recognize the title "Predator" in Asylum of the Daleks, when the Daleks use that title here in this book. However, since he's decided that the War Doctor is persona non grata, it's entirely possible, if not probable, that he's consciously or unconsciously locked away many memories of the War as well.
