  • It’s Otto Meyer, the dude who’s been conning everyone to get to the money first, who is the first to spot that Culpeper has tricked everyone.
  • At the end of the film when the characters are bandaged in the hospital, notice Captain Culpeper is lying with both of his arms broken in a crucifix position. Why? Because he even says that he will be the one blamed for all of this mess, including the other characters' actions, thus, crucified.
  • In a film full of some of the most outrageous, over the top slapstick situations in cinematic history, it's befitting and ironic it ends on the simplest yet ultimate slapstick: Someone slipping on a banana peel.
