In this episode, Gobo wears a version of his striped shirt with extremely short sleeves (unless they're rolled up), and Wembley is basically wearing a banana-tree tank top. At the end of "The Wizard of Fraggle Rock", the Wizard had a change of heart and took up selling banana-tree shirts. Maybe that was where Wembley got his tank top.
