The book Mokey read about Craggles has a two-page illustration of Craggles playing games and dancing around a pond. The illustration presents the Craggles as looking slightly more Fraggle-like than they do in reality; their colors are a little brighter, their hair a little poofier and messier, their tails have more prominent baloobiuses, and not a single one of them is wearing a hat. This is a subtle early hint that whoever wrote the book didn't actually know that much about Craggles.
