• The death games being a mix of Cheaters Never Prosper with Karmic Death. Ji-Won was killed for threatening to report her teacher to the principal for selling test answers to her classmates, all of which was recorded on her camera. The deaths games were set up so only students who actually studied the material and knew how to figure out the answers would pass, but those who only relied on their parents giving them the answers would automatically fail. If the students had actually put the effort into studying instead of getting the answers given to them, the entire plot of the movie could have been avoided.
