- At the end of "What if the Animorphs could use magic?", Arbron and Elfangor's ghosts appear half-Taxxon and half-human, respectively. Jake wonders if it's a nothlit thing, but Elfangor died as an Andalite. So howcome Tom's ghost isn't half-snake? Besides the fact that he was only in morph for a few minutes at most when he died, he also didn't morph of his own volition, whereas Elfangor willingly became human and Arbron had decades to come to terms with being a Taxxon. He doesn't consider the snake a part of himself.
- In "What if Tom was infested by a member of the Yeerk Peace Movement?", Iniss 226 asks if the new Visser One can get every Yeerk a voluntary host. This is his only appearance in the chapter, but it's significant, because The Visitor revealed that the real Mr. Chapman made a deal with Visser Three to become a controller in Melissa's place.
Fridge Horror
- One of the reasons why Edriss was almost executed in canon was for sympathising with host species. Considering that Aftran does not only this in "What if Tom was infested by a member of the Yeerk Peace Movement?" , but also completely undoes the invasion, the Council of Thirteen aren't going to be happy with how she's running things...
Fridge Sadness
- Since both Tobias and Loren are killed in "What if they were caught during their first mission?", Ax will never get to meet Elfangor's family.
