- Comments: There's an OC in this fic that could easily fit into canon. In fact, the entire story could fit into canon. Also a great character study into Alex's headspace during Season 2 along with a tight, suspenseful plot.

- Synopsis: A series of one-shots featuring Alex Reagan and Richard Strand. Each chapter focuses on a different way to say 'I love you.'
- Comments: This fic is hands-down one of the best explorations of Alex and Strand's relationship from a romantic perspective. The author nails the chemistry between the two of them without coming off as sappy. The story can be read out of sequence, but there are several chapters that build on previous plot threads, so going in order is recommended.
