Immediately after the events of Golden Morning, Taylor Hebert wakes up to the sound of chirping birds. She looks into the mirror and discovers that she now sports pink hair. When her mother calls her down for breakfast, calling her "Sakura," in Japanese, which she can now understand perfectly, Taylor realizes she's in a completely different world.

- Entertainingly Wrong: Everyone believes the manifestation of Taylor-as-Sakura's Passenger is a Keikei Genkai, and specifically a Doujutsu, until Taylor explains the truth to a select few otherwise.
- Rank Up: Taylor has gotten at least two as the story has gone on, from Academy Student, to Genin, to Chunin, and recently has also joined ANBU.
- The Stations of the Canon: Already averted in the case of Naruto continuity:
- As of three years before the beginning of the story, Gato is dead, which means no Great Naruto Bridge, or Land of Waves arc as we know them.
- Circumstances have already forced Kabuto to accept a promotion to Chunin as of two years before the start of the story. His outing as an agent of Orochimaru will have to happen differently from canon.
- Tsunade has already arrived in Konoha just before the canon Chunin Exams.
- Sitcom Arch-Nemesis: Kurotsuchi to Taylor in the first two Chunin Exam arcs.
