I don't think the game really hints at him being a child molester all that much. Nas'hrah may refer to him as such, but he's pretty rude and insulting to everyone, so I don't think he's a good source. And nothing about the Embryo (or their descriptions) indicate he "used" them. Just that they're the product of his times with the Uteri.

* FlyingFace: His ascended form is just a giant head, with the main targets being his left and right brain.

* PaedoHunt: The "Uterus" enemy was made to satisfy him, and creepily comes with a doll of its unborn fetus inside of it. Nosramus directly implies such of him and Nas'hrah outright calls him a child molester.

* RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil: His pedophilic desires disgust even someone like ''[[CardCarryingVillain Nas'hrah]]''.

Just a minor correction. The Cruel Age happened BECAUSE of the God of Fear and Hunger. Before the Girl ascended, humanity had stagnated. So the Cruel Age's time of suffering and hardship spurned humanity to improve.

* ParentalAbandonment: While her estranged lover [[spoiler:Le'garde]] at least has the excuse of being ''imprisoned'', and thus unable to care for their child, Nilvan had every means to do so due to being a ''God'', among other things. Instead, her child was promptly dumped in the dungeons to be tortured and caged. [[spoiler:Though given the fact that she bore said child specifically to serve as a sacrifice to end the Cruel Age, this was probably intentional.]]
