• Thomas vs. Spencer in the climax, resulting in Spencer.
• All of the Steam Team and their allies banding together to help repair Hiro. Doubles as a Heartwarming Moment.
  • Emily rebuffing Spencer's attempts to interrogate her on Thomas's activities by curtly suggesting that he go ask Thomas himself, and that Thomas is a "very busy engine", which makes Spencer so cross that he's distracted from noticing James sneaking some parts for Hiro behind him.
  • James and Toby teaming up to chase Spencer away when he investigates too closely to Hiro's hideout, and with Thomas's help, they trap Spencer. Even more awesome, this moment also led to Spencer being wrongly accused for stealing Percy's mail trucks, as Percy had previously left them there and forgot about it.
  • Mavis shooing Spencer away from Thomas and Percy by pretending to give him a tour of the Slate Quarry, which gets his funnel filled with slate.
  • Victor allowing Kevin to be his clumsy self and turning a blind eye, making Spencer try to drown out the ruckus and allowing Thomas to get more parts for Hiro.
  • Gordon gets a Big Damn Heroes moment, after Spencer had chased Thomas and Hiro, leaving Hiro broken down in the middle of the line. He shows up and spontaneously challenges Spencer to a race, knowing he can't resist. Not only did Gordon end up winning the race, but also got Spencer in trouble with his owners, the Duke and Duchess!
