Awesome / Captain America (1990)

• Cap breaking out of the ice all by himself.
• Soon as Maria is shot, Rogers, just off the procedure, rips through his restraints as if they were paper, shrugs of being shot twice in the chest before knocking out the assassin. Unfortunately the latter falls on to some damaged equipment and is electrocuted to death.
• Gotta hand it to said assassin, that's a pretty badass way of murdering someone.
• Rogers doesn't even care if his injuries have healed. The safety of the people comes first.
• President Kimball has several real badass moments while Captain America is rescuing him, and even right before that— not only he escapes his cell by himself, but he almost foils Red Skull's plans, which relied on using him, by trying to jump to his own death, as long as he isn't allowing Skull to win. Some actually think Kimball is a better Captain America since he is more selfless than the actual Captain.
  Kimball: I will never turn my back on Captain America.
