• Chapter 3 is one long awesome moment for Cole, proving to both Master Fu and the readers that she's worthy of being a Miraculous Bearer.
  • One moment at the beginning of the chapter that's not related to the Nightly fight. Cole is summoned to Principal Damocles's office because Lila claims that Cole threatened her in the bathroom. Cole simply pulls out her phone and shows Damocles a geotagged picture of her, Marinette, and Chloé eating lunch at an off-campus diner at the same time Lila claimed that she was threatened. This is enough evidence to prove her innocence to the principal and it helps him start seeing Lila for the liar that she is.
  • As soon as Nightly strikes, Cole sees an elderly man (who turns out to be Master Fu) in the crossfire. Her immediate reaction is to help him get out of the way and have him hide in her house.
  • That's when Cole spots Chat Noir sitting on the sidelines of the fight and not jumping into action because he wants Ladybug to "confess" her love for him. When she calls him out and he still refuses to budge, Cole decides to take matters into her own hands. After getting Master Fu inside her house, she rigs up some glitter bombs and a disguise, and arms herself with a baseball bat, strobe lights, and a portable loudspeaker so she could help Ladybug fight the villain.
    Cole: [After she hits Nightify with a glitter bomb] Don’t worry Ladybug, the cavalry’s here.
    Ladybug: A civilian? You shouldn’t be here! It's too dangerous!
    Cole: You needed the help! Chat Noir is being a piece of shit and not helping. The only thing I can really offer is a distraction, but it should be enough. I think the object is that gem on her chest. If we can knock her out or pin her, we can get it.
    Ladybug: I’m really not getting you to stay out of this am I?
    Cole: Nope.
