The lyrics of "Game Over" are pretty much summarizing the entire situation between Jan and Hasbro's legal team:

"There's a voice that's calling..." The "voice" is Hasbro's Cease and Desist on Jan against Button Mash and Jan's fan animations.

"I'm trying to find my way through the dark, but I'm out of time" signifies the years of legal limbo Jan was in, trying to find a way to keep the series going, but to no avail.

"We can paint a pretty picture, we can say it's all pretend" is a reassuring lyric that tells fans they can still continue Button Mash's adventures through fanart and fanfiction.

"Always waiting on answers that never see the light" This also represents Jan attempting to make a deal, but never receiving an answer or acceptance from Hasbro and their lawyers.

"I wanna live this dream forever, if it´s just for a moment": Jan's desire to continue making the series."Don´t come back tonight, please just now i´m alright": While Jan will never do the series again, that won't stop him from doing other animations.
