POV: William

At this point, I'll give nicknames to the two groups. Draco and the other Prayer Warriors in England constitute Team England, while William and the others in Egypt comprise Team Egypt.

William goes back to the hotel and meets Ebony, whom the narration points out is not stupid or evil like most blondes... because she dyes her hair, making this one of the worst subversions of a stereotype-related trope I've ever seen.

William says hello to Ebony, whom he respects for being one of the few female Prayer Warriors, and she passes along his father's regards (by the way, Dexter was killed in Evil Gods Part 2), noting that he's still rebuilding Boston and it has been a few years since she last saw him, which makes for one of the few officially recognized cases of a Time Skip in this fic. Speaking of what happened in the interim, it's said that they did, in fact, build a church on Hogwarts.

William introduces the recently converted Carter to Ebony, and after introducing themselves, they immediately recognize that they're soulmates. The only problem (of course, one that few besides the author would consider as such), is that they're of different races, but the narration proposes, without a hint of irony, that Carter can get his skin color changed like Michael Jackson did. Not only is this horribly racist, but the skin color change is generally not considered one of the King of Pop's best decisions.

Ebony recounts how Draco and Michael defeated Wawa, and the fact that Attack of the Sphinx and Titans Strike Back reference events from the other is one reason why I'm alternating between the two. Meanwhile, William reminisces about the evil that Wawa did during the Battle of Boston, as well as one Boston Tea Party-like incident that happened. Shortly thereafter, they decide to head to Cairo and fight Anubis.

Next Installment: Team England heads to London.
