Plus, and in the Japanese fandom, he's pretty much become considered the franchise's resident Tsundere.

Any scene that was intended to be dramatic in any way is just made laughable by virtue of TranslationTrainWreck, AccidentalInnuendo, WordSaladHumor, NoPunctuationIsFunnier, and a boatload of other tropes. Enemy trainers shout strange things before they fight you and babble incoherently when they lose, [[DubNameChange Team Missle Bomb]]'s antics are strange and laughable, Silver is the [[LargeHam largest ham]] to have ever walked the earth, and Pokémon battles often include doing drugs and sending your Pokémon to a pillory.
28	* NarmCharm: Despite it being full of Narm, it's also full of this. It's in the more humourous variety of this, especially with Silver, who [[LargeHam expresses his hate for the trashy man in the most hilarious way]], and may or may not secretly [[{{Tsundere}} love you]].
29	* ParanoiaFuel: "WHILE WALKING IN JUNGLE MANY WORM WILL FOLLOW YOU"
30	* QuirkyWork: Unintentionally, due to the [[TranslationTrainWreck horrible translations]] everywhere.
