However, when the Mob blamed him for their problems, instead of accepting that it was their mistake, Eevee (now a Flareon) turned against the Anarchy that destroyed his life, and became a herald for The Dome and the good part of Democracy. This action was what gave Democracy the power to survive the Start9 banishing proprieties. Later Flareon would be reborn as another Eevee, who later would become "Burrito" the Espeon.
