''Edmund'' is a very short [[FreewareGames freeware]] PlatformGame, made by one Paul Greasely in two months and released in 2013. It is about a subject that isn't explored too often in video games: rape. It follows the story of a taxi driver named Michael on the night he meets the eponymous character. After witnessing Edmund rape a woman at a bus stop, Michael gives chase, and the player discovers that there is ''much'' more to these two men than meets the eye.

As one might expect, this is a rather disturbing game. Those who aren't faint of heart can find it [[http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=7086.0 here]], or watch a Let's Play of it [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jdfKUHZ4RRs here]].

!!This game provides examples of:
* EmpathicEnvironment: It's raining pretty heavily during the modern-day segment, to fit the dreary mood.
* TheKillerInMe: [[spoiler:To the horror of both Michael and the player.]]
* MultipleEndings: At a couple points, you are given a choice between raping Emily or walking away. Doing the latter ends the game prematurely.
* RapeAsBackstory: With a twist. [[spoiler:Michael was not the victim, but the perpetrator. The modern-day segment of the game deals with him fighting his guilt.]]
* RapeAsDrama: Pretty much the entire plot.
* RapeByProxy: Eddie tries this when he is finally cornered by Michael. The player chooses whether or not to comply.
* RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil: The point of the game, as well as the typical reaction from anyone who hears about it.
* ShellShockedVeteran: Michael fought in Vietnam, and [[spoiler:must come to terms with having raped a civilian woman.]]
* ShootOutTheLock: How you open doors.
* SplitPersonality
