1	* ActorSharedBackground: James mentions living in Englewood. Creator/JohnTravolta was born in Englewood, New Jersey. Like James, Travolta is also an avid pilot, having earned a private pilot license at age 22.
2	* CaliforniaDoubling: The story takes place in New York, but the movie was mostly filmed in Vancouver, Canada.
3	* CareerResurrection: John Travolta. While ''Film/PulpFiction'' would provide the full-blown resurrection, ''Talking'' was a big enough hit to revive him from his flagging 80's run.
