Masuyama originally voiced the character for the 1973 TV series, before she was replaced by Neya on ''New Cutey Honey'' in 1994 and by Nagano on ''Cutey Honey Flash'' from 1997 to 1998. As for ''Re: Cutey Honey'', Honey was voiced by Horie, with Masuyama, Neya and Nagano reprising the previous roles as guest characters. Finally, in ''Cutie Honey Universe'', Sakamoto plays the titular character this time around.
33** Seiji Hayami was voiced by Creator/KatsujiMori in the 1973 TV series. Creator/SusumuChiba replaced Mori on ''Cutey Honey Flash'' from 1997 to 1998. In 2004, the role was recast again with Creator/HideoIshikawa. Finally, Creator/ShintaroAsanuma voiced Seiji for ''Cutie Honey Universe'' in 2018.
34** In the 1973 TV series, Naojiro was originally voiced by Hiroshi Masuoka in his debut episode before being replaced by Shoji Nishizaki in episode 23 through 25.
35** Creator/JojiYanami originally voiced Dr. Takeshi Kisaragi for the 1973 TV series; he was briefly replaced by Eken Mine for episode 16. In 1997, the role was recast with Creator/AkiraKamiya for ''Cutey Honey Flash''. 36** The late Nobuyo Tsuda voiced Panther Zora for the 1973 TV series. In ''New Cutey Honey'', she was voiced by Kumiko Takizawa. Takizawa was replaced by Rumi Watanabe for ''Cutey Honey Flash''. For ''Cutie Honey Universe'', the role was recast once again, this time with Sachiko Kobayashi.
37** Alphonne was originally played by the late Noriko Tsukase in the 1973 TV series. After Tsukase's 1989 death, Creator/{{Kujira}} took over for Alphonne in ''New Cutey Honey''. In 1997, the role was recast again with Creator/ToshioFurukawa in ''Cutey Honey Flash''. By the time ''Cutie Honey Universe'' aired in 2018, Alphonne was voiced by Creator/MinoruShiraishi.
38** In the 1973 TV series, Sister Jill was played by Noriko Uemura, although she was briefly replaced by Haruko Kitahama for episode 12. When ''Cutey Honey Flash'' aired from 1997 to 1998, Jill was voiced by Chiho Ōkawa. When ''Re:'' was released in 2004, Jill was voiced by Creator/KazueIkura. In ''Cutie Honey Universe'', the role was recast again with Creator/AtsukoTanaka.
39** As for Honey's English voice actresses, Creator/JessicaCalvello voiced the titular character for ''New Cutey Honey''. In the live-action film, Creator/CarrieKeranen replaced her. Calvello would later return to reprise her role for ''Cutie Honey Universe'' and ''Re: Cutie Honey''.
